China Web2.0 Conference To Be Held in April
A China’s web2.0 conference, organized by China Computer World (CCW) will be held on April 8 in Beijing.
The conference will discuss the development and trend of web2.0 in China, how should the traditional software developers and websites face the challenge of web2.0 wave, the business models of web2.0 sites and their investment opportunities.
During the conference, CCW Research, a consulting firm of CCW will also release a research report named Report on Web2.0 Development Trend and Innovation in China, and select out 100 most potential web2.0 companies.
Unlike Web2.0 Conference by O’Reilly Media, which mainly discuss the trends and innovation that are reshaping the Internet, China’s web2con will maily focus on VC and funding.

I think it’s because there are less innovation, but too much C2C(Copy to China) model.
On the Web2.0 point, China’s media is a little bit amateurish, I’m afraid.
