SubscribeYougedi May Acquired By Koubei
We have been hearing that real estate search engine Yougedi was acquired by Koubei, a classifieds search engine of Alibaba. Now the site is being redirected to Koubei.
Yougedi’s team blog hasn’t been updated after January. The traffic to the service also dropped to almost zero during the following months. It seems that there’s no dedicated real estate vertical search engine living now. Koubei has been cooperating with Taobao in its real estate channel since Dec. 2006. Kooxoo also has a big share in this market.
Yougedi was launched by bloves in Feb. 2006. It used to be in the top list of real estate search engine. It was also accompanied by an ambitious search engine research project.
