In the sphere of web application there are bunch of good to-do tools - need to catch up with a lot of them. The idea of "have-done list" just recently came up and here it seems be nicely integrated with more other functions.
I will evaluate this tool soon...

We have a Zope/Plone based support ticketing system which can be used as a to-do list for an individual or for Teams and individuals in an organiztion. It can be used for internal tasks or tasks related to external entities (i.e. customers).

Every task is a assigned a ticket number, can be assigned, and has workflow (ie. accepted, in-process, finished) and of course can be set to private or public viewing (by customer). It's available as a service on Amazon's server infrastructure and is priced as a monthly service beginning at $75 per month for a individual or a one person support group in a company.

$150 per month for a company with multiple staff in one department and $250 per month for multiple staff in multiple departments.
