Yougedi: Real Estate Search Engine

YougediYougedi(有个地) is a Chinese vertical search engine for real estate information.

Yougedi indexes its data from 105 vertical real estate websites in real time. It is somewhat strange that we can only use name of cities as keyword to search in its homepage, but refine the search in result page by using conditions as area, locations, price, number of bedroom and others. It is good that Yougedi adopts ajax technology for users to refine the results.

Maybe because all the data are collected in real time manner, the speed of search is not satisfying, but it allows us to find the information just published several minutes ago. It will be much more convenient for users if it can integrate with maps in search results and provide rss feed for any given search.

PS. I will focus on profiling various Chinese vertical search engines recently.

the site is broken or what?

It displays the rental search results in Japanese.. Also, when I clicked the “Show detailed information”, they are broken links. What’s going on there??

(I selected “Shanghai” and “Find rental info” as my search criteria.)

Are you sure its a Chinese website?!!
