高飞2 （gaofei2.com )是一个中国本土团队原创的web 2.0。乍一看似乎很像Twitter，但是它的忠诚用户却坚决否认高飞2是Twitter的模仿。从2008年初发布到现在，仅仅靠着2000多人的用户，创造了惊人的40的PVPU和221，111的Alexa排名.

这个产品的概念很简单——首页上写着”你今天在想什么？”，用户注册后可以发布一条简短的文本，表达你此刻的心情或者要分享的想法，这和Twitter几乎是如出一辙，但是，你可以在”附言”部分，粘贴图片、视频、音乐、Flash甚至Google Maps的链接，发布后这些图片、视频、音乐等会直接呈现在页面上，并且可以观看和播放。

而且，和Twitter不同的是，别人可以回复你的”想法”或者说是分享，而你也可以自由地和他们讨论你的想法或者分享的音乐等。

这一点小小的不同让高飞2给用户提供了完全不同的使用体验，惊人简单的软件架构在众多用户的使用下，呈现了丰富的内容，查看一下网站的Tag，就会发现除了站名”高飞”外，音乐，视频，图片，心情等都很热门，很多用户只是默默地浏览看别人的想法，听别人分享贴上来的音乐，看别人贴出来的视频。

高飞2最让人印象深刻的是，简洁的软件架构，并不牺牲用户社区成员之间的人性温暖，你发布的任何想法，都可能得到积极的回应，他们可能给你一个拥抱，一个喝彩，也可能是一段留言，我们很难把它归类——是论坛？Twitter?SNS还是即时聊天IM？或者是个综合。

没有人能够给出答案。因为高飞2到目前仍然是独一无二的。

@Paul, up to now, it seems only Americans get more or less interested in G2. I have met three guys who agree that G2 is potentially a great product. All of them ABCs, either entrepreneurs in Sillicon Valley, or returned student-turned-entrepreneur in China.
I am working on a pitch that an American entrepreneur friend was asking me to do the past week. We do have a plan to release global version as soon as we can if the angel round is secured. I think G2 has the potential to be next generation web infrastructure, on which people share everything and even perform some large-scale brainstorming.

I must say I was excited to read Kashgar’s description of G2. Working as a strategist, I am constantly looking for new ways to engage with others in creative conversation…to share and create knowledge. G2 seems to be tailored for that. I can’t wait for G2 to be available in english.

@Tangos, I agree with you on that a product is what the users think you are instead of what the creator deems it to be. I am afraid the G2 mislead users in the UI and process design more or less. And, frankly, Twitter is such a phenomenon that people can hardly avoid when they see another short text publishing site such as G2. I don’t agree with you on how the G2 service is defined but I am grateful to your review on G2 because it helps us to promote it. We definately will make it a better service, or even an infrastructure in the long run. Thanks again.

@kashgar, Your idea on G2 is very interesting, yes, there is something I haven’t realized. I agree that Goofy2 is different from Twitter, but you know, how to define your product is not what we think it is, but what your customer think it is. I met many entrepreneurs almost everyday, most of them think their idea are brilliant, but you need to see the fundamental elements.

As you said, that’s one viewpoint from your USERS. I’m not saying Twitter is the best, but you can learn a lot from the experience of Twitter. Anyway , I still like your service, or I will not spend my time in using it and write review here.
